Request a proposalStatic load testing applies load to the pile in controlled stages and records the settlement corresponding to each load level. It is the reference method for verifying the actual behavior of the foundation, because it reproduces the structure's service condition.
The result is the load settlement curve, the basis for verifying the allowable load adopted in the design and for calibrating the calculation methods used across the rest of the project.
We set up the reaction system, install the calibrated hydraulic jack and displacement transducers, and apply the load in increments with stabilized readings. The entire process is recorded with digital instrumentation and time control at each stage.
We offer the SAP temporary anchoring system with recoverable helical anchors, which replaces reaction piles and reduces schedule, material use and equipment movement on site.
